Awesome book! This book was a good read,this book truly showed me we are all for GOD'S signs and wonders.
Despite my own personal issues with this author i can't fault her work.
The conclusion is most compelling and elevates the rest of the book above blase tedium n mediocre material
This book was well-written with an on time Word! I appreciated Adara's transparency and using that to show how her experiences helped her form a relationship with God! I also appreciated the "Level 5000" laughs I had throughout the book as well!
To say I love this read is an understatement. I had been following her on social media for some time and I had almost convinced myself to give up on G-d, I just can't seem to get it right. I finished this book, ordered my new Bible and study and material, and I'm ready to start over completely encouraged from this read.
This testimonial book packs quite a punch for those who grew up in church, struggled with sin, or who have had to deal with all eyes being on them while they struggle. The author tells her story about how she went from being in the world and coming back to Christ. I recommend this highly for teenage girls and college students!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Thank you for sharing your personal story. What I learnt the most was to stop being a people pleaser. I don't have to do things because of my family or friends but focus more on what God wants from me, even at the expense of these relationships. Such a fun, intense and insightful read.
This book spoke out to me and I'm blessed by reading it. As a "pk", I understand the struggles and challenges that she ensured. There are not a lot of people you can confide and trust in as a "pk" because we're are a product of our own parent's witness. Although this book was an easy read, I took my time to ingest it and apply it to areas and situations in my own life. God bless you for your transparency. I have suggested this book to others. I will continue to do so. Can't wait for the next one!
